my case
every mth $52 on concession card + abt $30-$36 on mrt
= $(52+$36)x36mths(3yrs)
=$3168

not including the amount of taxi trips i'll be taking for 3 yrs.
so aprox is abt $3500 or sth like that for 3yrs of transport.

jac's case
every mth abt $60 on busfare (she dont need mrt for sch)
=$60 x 36mths
=$2160

and plus taxi fare=aprox $2500 or sth like that.

hell lots we gona spend on transport.
self note no.1 : try to dont take taxi
self note no. 2: dont spend no much on unneccesary things
self note no 3: try to take more bus than mrt/taxi (since it's concession, unlimited trips)

i kept taking mrt because it's faster.

.. i think i must continue working.
for transport fee. it's enough to empty wadever i earn.. argh.

i calculate just to tell myself where those money go.. (in case they went down the drain or sth maybe) and i got amazing digits.

i cant imagine if.. we calculate the average amt we gona spend on food for 3yrs. bet it's more than $3500. -.-" unless hawker food everyday.

let's see, $2 for 2 meals
=$2 x 2
=$4/day

$4 x 30days=$120/mth

$120 x 36 mths= $4320 in 3 yrs
gosh even hawker food.. cost so much in 3yrs.

imagine.. $4320 + $3500= $7820
average/yr= $7820/3
= $2606.6666

.. but it'll definitely be more than this amount lo.
NOT all meals or rather NOT MUCH MEALS cost $2 only. -.-"

mental note: continue working hard/study hard and... stop spending money as if it's water.
